Summer is over, and the snow is starting to appear in the mountains. Silver Star has a light dusting covering it right now, so it’s definately on the way. In previous years we have been able to get out for a first ride near the middle of November, not sure if it’ll happen this year but we can all hope.
I will be updating the site here soon to try and fill it out. This year I am hoping to get lots of photos and videos posted up. We had a couple of people (will remain un-named for Brad and Jason’s sake), who took a lot of video last year but seemed to busy to send it on over. Nudge! Nudge!
It’s been snowing for most of the day. Yahoo for us. The coast is still getting dumped on so hopefully it will blow east and give us more snow tonight.
At this rate our next ride could almost be out at Park mountain.
If anyone would like a new email address with Snowride.ca let me know. I’ll set it up for you on the server, and you can use it with your Outlook, Smartphone, or with regular webmail as well. Send me what you want for an address ( _______@snowride.ca) and a password to use and it’s yours (providing it’s still available).
Also, I plan to prepare a tutorial to explain how to setup a photo gallery and upload your own photos to be displayed on the site. Hopefully I can pull this together over the next day or so.
Any one heading down to the Snow Show friday night? Me and Dean are planning on going at about 6:30 or so – hope to see you there.
Also, looks like it’s snowing like crazy up at Silver Star. If it were to keep up we might actually be able to ride a bit on Sunday.
The Slednecks 13 movie night at the performing arts center is on tuesday. I got my ticket, but no clue who else is going. Shoot in a message if your planning on attending.
