Hunters Range – Sunday Nov. 15th

Update from the group who went Sunday:

Turned out the snow was quite good once we got up to about 5500′. We unloaded about 6km and drove the sleds on a road hardly covered with enough snow for the first 3 or 4 km (terrible for the plastic skiis – but oh well). Visibility was awful with almost a freezing rain coming down which made a real mess of the goggles. Looking past the visibility problem the riding was really good in at least 3 – 4 feet of powder.

Todays ride proved comical with Chris’ runaway, and painful for Brian’s trailing arm. Hopefully a new trailing arm will be easily found to get Brian up and at it again soon.
